After infiltrating the worlds of camping, music, and even barbecues, what’s next on Supreme’s buyout list? Apparently, a Chicago showcase.

With multiple retail spaces set from New York to Japan, Supreme would open its first physical store in Chicago at Wicker Park, according to Supreme insider @dropsbyjay.

While Supreme has yet to confirm the existence of the alleged new store, sources say the streetwear giant’s Windy City location won’t open until later this year or early 2023.

But wait, there’s more. Murmurs also suggested that the Virgil Abloh x Supreme “MCA” Box Logo t-shirt will be released in conjunction with Supreme Chicago’s opening.

Even more interestingly, a Chief Keef photo t-shirt – featuring the rapper’s famous photo wearing Abloh’s Supreme BOGO shirt – is also set to accompany the unreleased collaborative t-shirt.

If you recall, the image of Chief Keef flexing the rare BOGO tee first appeared in Abloh’s “Figures of Speech” installation at MCA Chicago, alongside a separate display of the tee. Virgil Abloh x Supreme t-shirt.

After his MCA moment, the sample of the coveted tee – which sports an exclusive BOGO design inspired by the Pan-African flag – then surfaced on Duke’s Archive with a hefty price tag of $10,000.

Now, it looks like Supreme BOGO fans can get their prayers answered, with the very likely release of the “MCA” BOGO and Chief Keef photo t-shirts in tandem with Supreme’s major Chicago expansion.

The wanted Virgil Abloh x Supreme t-shirts may not be so rare soon, but it will indeed be a tough cop to score.

Given Supreme’s history with wild releases, a highly anticipated drop in the brand’s newest storefront will no doubt spark a hype frenzy. Remember the Burberry drop?
